Cancellation

I am very understanding that life happens and unexpected occurrences can impact our plans. Therefor, I request a 24 hour cancellation notice for appointments. This can be done via phone, message through my website, or direct message through the patient portal.

If an appointment is missed or there is a late cancellation (under 24 hours), a fee of $65 will be charged to the card on file.
